About us

The founders of the company, Nick Cooper and Andy Harrold, have worked together in the studio industry for the past 10 years. They came together running a large studio complex in North London having come from construction and business management backgrounds respectively. During this time they renovated, developed and built several studios. Deciding to take their unique skills to the wider market Nick and Andy established NC Projects.

The experience of managing studios as well as constructing them enables NC Projects to provide a complete service from design and consultation with clients to complete studios builds.

At the heart of the business is the focus on the specialist installation and finishing of coves - the centre piece of most studios. Techniques and skills honed over years are employed to finish each cove to the highest possible standard.

The demand for sound stages has lead the company to invest in soundproofing techniques working with traditional methods as well as more innovative materials such as AcoustiBlok.

NC Projects work across the UK with recent installations in Manchester, Brighton, London and Northamptonshire.
